Your First Visit to Our Romeo Practice

On your first visit, you can download the entrance forms from this site or fill them out in the office, either way we just need you know your history and some information about your problem. If you have insurance bring your card and the staff will make a copy of it. You will then watch a short video ( you can also view that on the site to save even more in office time!) Look for the "getting started" icon located in the top banner.

You will then meet me and will discuss your concerns and formulate a plan. If X-rays are needed we do them here in the office. Dependant on your circumstances, sometimes we do treatment(adjustments) on the first day and other we will need to bring you back and start treated on the next visit, again it depends on your needs.
